SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use Post NL to deliver your order. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day.
You can track your order through the Track & Trace link you will receive via e-mail once your order is shipped.
If the delivery address is in The Netherlands, the order in most cases will be delivered the next day.

Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you.
We don’t currently ship to all countries. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are not able to place an order from your country.
You have the right to return your product(s) within a period of 30 days.
When you return an item within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund. We do not accept returns after the 30-day return period has passed.
How do I return my order?
If you’d like to make a return, please send an e-mail to our customer service. You will be sent the European standard form for withdrawal.
Collect and pack the item(s) you want to return.
You are responsible for any returned items until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packed and cannot be damaged along the way. Items without their unique label (including EAN Code and instructions) are not eligible for refunds.
Use the return card with the item you are returning and make sure your order number is mentioned correctly. Did you loose the return card, please include a note with your details including ordernumber.

Take the return shipment to a post office and keep the proof of shipment until we have confirmed the return of the product(s) by email.
As soon as the return shipment has been received, you will be informed by e-mail. You will receive your refund within 7 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it concerns damaged items.
Items that are returned to us because they have not been collected at a collection location will be credited minus the return costs.
